This project required new ways for investors and their intermediaries to manage shares, vote in meetings, and see information about their shares and votes. Understanding the extremely unique nature of the proxy voting world with all its complexities was necessary to deliver simple and straightforward processes that had to balance high levels of detail without feeling overwhelming.

This project was comprehensive, so every small feature added required understanding how that feature affected everything other screen in the portal. For example, how voting can affect the portal's dashboard, or how one single view had variants of different user privileges, different times, different markets, and different rules in general.
Interaction, prototypes, animation, user testing and lots of iteration were needed to achieve my goal. Timelines, charts and iconography helped harmonize huge amounts of crucial data with ease of use.
